Goddess of Pomona Group Art Exhibit   August 11 – September 29, 2012
Opening Reception: Saturday, August 11, 2012, 3:00 pm -10:00 pm

The dA Center for the Arts is proud to present Goddess of Pomona. This show calls for submissions exploring the myth and characteristics of Pomona, the Roman goddess of fruit trees, gardens, and orchards.

This is an open group exhibit and all forms media are accepted. Limit 2 pieces per artist.

Entry fee is $25 per piece; $40 for 2 pieces. $5 discount for dA Members. A $5 discount is available for students and first time exhibitors at the dA. Entry fees help produce the opening reception. Note: The dA helps support itself through art sales. Any work labeled NFS (not for sale) and oversized (4’x4’ or larger) will be charge a $50 per piece entry fee. Gallery commission is 35%.

Wednesday, August 1, through Saturday, August 4, noon-4pm.
Thursday, August 2, 6pm to 9pm
(or by appointment before drop off dates)

PLEASE, deliver your pieces clean, dry, and ready to hang (no exceptions). Smaller works must have wire on the back to hang from. Larger canvases must be on suitable stretchers, trimmed and edges painted. The dA will not accept work that is not presentable and/or difficult to hang.

Wednesday, October 3, through October 6, noon to 4pm.
Thursday, October 4, 6pm to 9pm.
A form of ID is required when picking up work. If you cannot pick up your work, please designate someone to pick-up the work (you must authorize this at drop-off). We don’t have room to store your art; therefore you will be charged $5 per day for any late pick-ups.
